...ordered a set of Sport SMIC's. On the website, it stated that I'd receive my order in 7-10 days. Well, several emails, several excuses, and several weeks later....I finally received them. After installation, they worked very well....better than stock at least. I've heard some say they're only as good as Z-1's SMIC's...but that's besides the point. I made my disappointment in his lack of customer service very clear in more than one email. I saw his lengthy post on how he plans to rectify things and on his new hire and new distribution plan. I replied to that by essentially saying..."Show me the Money." If he would take care of these loose end customers and return their money, or send their product, plus put his "new plan" into earnest action....perhaps....and that's a big "perhaps"....he could salvage some part of his trust with the Z32 community to build on over time. If not, it's painfully obvious that his business won't manage through the current economic crunch, much less the long run.
